Premium Fir Wood Flooring

Premium British Columbia fir has been chosen because it has fewer knots, providing the best combination of durability, overall weight and cost. Every flooring board is fastened to each crossmember using two 5/16" screws.

Stake Pockets

Two pipe spools are positioned between the 48" o.c. spaced stake pockets to help prevent damage from side-loading equipment. Each stake pocket and pipe spool is a tested and approved tie-down location, complying with Transport Canada requirements. Extra stake pockets (24" o.c.) are available.

Steel Front and Rear Bolsters

The front bolster includes stake pockets and rub rail. The rear bolster also has integrated stake pockets. Tail lights are protected inside a full-width recess.

Suspension

The Hendrickson INTRAAX suspension combines the axle and suspension as a fully integrated unit

Beavertail with Fold Down Ramps

The beavertail is equipped with traction cleats bolted through the floor. The rear bolster is designed to work with folding ramps. No rear bumper is required since the trailer is considered a low chassis vehicle. The fold down ramps are spring loaded for ease of use. Ramps are adjustable to accommodate different equipment widths.

Coil Package

The addition of stub crossmembers between the main beams in specific locations underneath the hardwood floor provides the support operators require when hauling concentrated loads

Crossmember Spacing

Additional crossmembers spaced at 12" o.c. increase the overall strength of the floor area and increase the rigidity of the trailer in more demanding applications, such as forklift operation

Dunnage Rack

Narrow Pick-Up Throat
